Carlyle, IL - Carlyle Lake (Upper Basin)

The Kaskaskia River flows into the shallow upper basin of Carlyle Lake. The GREON buoy in this basin provides an assessment of water quality in a shallow basin as well as allowing us to determine how the upper basin works in tandem with the lower basin to impact water quality.
